What's the concept?

Anyone who lives in Philadelphia knows of Amtrak's new sky scraper, the Cira Center, which has been adding a unique twist to the Philadelphia skyline since 2005.  

What makes the Cira Center so special is it's LED Lights arranged on all sides of the building.

Every night, the Cira Center shows a different pattern, image, or arrangement in the lights.

This blog will give a nightly photograph of the building, and on nights where there is a confusing message (this has definitely happened before), we can discuss what the heck it is supposed to be.
